Inés has a strategy consulting background coming from Deloitte as a senior engineering consultant and McKinsey, where she has developed strong project management and leadership skills.

Gabi has an Industrial engineering background and developed operations skills while working in the Spanish Army, in the mountain troops. He then graduated with an MBA from IESE Business School and Berkeley-Haas in 2022. Since then, he joined Moons (a Y-combinator startup in Mexico in series A phase) and he was the former Head of Strategy & Operations at Glovo in Kenya and Uganda.

With over eight years of financial experience, Carla has held relevant positions such as Global Financial Risk Management Director at Grupo Bimbo and as Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America in London.
CFO & Cofounder
With over 12 years of hands-on experience building and scaling technology operations across East Africa, Rhod has held senior leadership roles at KOKO Networks, Bboxx, and M-KOPA. He specialises in bringing structure and clarity to complex technical environments, from designing governance frameworks and building high-performing teams and hardware, to using data to drive reliability improvements at scale.
